Patrick Fabricatore our hospital administrator, received
his Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University
and his Master’s Degree from the University of Scranton. He
holds his SPHR certification, which encompasses areas of compensation
and benefits, employee and labor relations, strategic management
and workforce planning. He has worked for 15 years in
veterinary hospital administration and has also served as an adjunct
faculty member at Keystone College for several years. He holds
membership in the American Animal Hospital Association, the Veterinary
Hospital Managers Association, the Society of Human Resources Management,
and Northeast Pennsylvania Society of Human Resource Management,
where he serves as committee chairperson.

Our Receptionists play an integral role in the day-to-day
operations at Rau. Their tasks include greeting and checking in patients,
answering and triaging all phone calls, scheduling appointments,
checking out clients and obtaining payment, and assisting in
any way possible.
